Experts often talk about the S-curve that companies go through, and from that perspective, I believe we are at the most exciting point of my 38-year career. Why, you might ask? Here are the top five reasons in my opinion:

In conclusion, the path has not always been smooth sailing, yet it has been incredibly rewarding thanks to having some of these amazing mentors. I have a firm belief that a rising tide floats all boats and the more professional we make the entire industry, the more we all win.
