It’s a movement that, according to the numbers, is gaining traction. LifeVantage has seen a significant increase globally in basket size the past 12 months in the wake of the company’s Vitality Stack launch and increased customer and distributor retention across the board.

What led you to join LEO and what do you like most about the company?
I joined LEO because I wanted to be a successful entrepreneur and it was the best decision that I ever made.There are many things that I love about the company. You don’t need to have a degree and it doesn’t require any huge capital. You have achieved such a lot at a young age – what is the key to your success?
Hard work, commitment and being passionate about what I do. Trust me, with these three things no one can stop you! You also need to be very focused and always have a positive mindset. However, the credit for my success should really go to my team. In this industry, it’s all about duplication and without my team I would never have reached this rank, as it has not been easy.
When I first joined LEO, I was totally new to this industry and I was the first person to represent my country, Nepal, in the company. It was not very easy to run a direct selling business in Nepal because there have been many scam companies there, so I faced a lot of rejections. I tried to give up many times, but my upline leader always encouraged me to keep going. So, no matter how many negative things come along in your life, no matter what other people think about you, you always need to believe in yourself and keep on going.
Has joining LEO changed your life for the better?
LEO has totally changed my life and my vision! If I was not in this industry, I just can’t imagine how difficult my life would be. A LEO business is very flexible. You can do this work from your living room in any corner of the world. I am currently staying in Germany and now work online building a global network across many differentcountries.
If you want to change your life, if you want to be a successful entrepreneur and fulfil your dreams then joining LEO is a great way to achieve this. What do your family think of your decision to join LEO?
My family are very supportive. They are my backbone and always wanted me to make sure that I was doing good business with the right company. My mum is my source of inspiration in my family. She is an entrepreneur and has lots of experience in business. She is so hard working and such a positive person which really motivates me and I have learned so many things from her. She knows what business is, so she always supports and encourages me. They are really happy with what I am doing and how I am helping other people too.
What are your plans for the future?
I want to start a direct selling revolution in my native country, with the help of LEO. Currently, the government in Nepal doesn’t support this industry because of the many scam companies in the market. People are therefore so negative when they talk about direct selling, but they don’t understand how this industry works. You need to look for reputable companies, like LEO, that are approved by direct selling associations, such as the Direct Selling Association UK. These are not get-rich-quick schemes and you need to work hard to achieve your goals. I want to educate people about how this industry can change people’s lives for the better. If you want to be an entrepreneur, the direct selling industry is the best option.
What would your advice be to someone who is thinking of starting a business?
My advice would be that you need to have a positive mindset, patience, persistence and commitment as well as working hard. No matter what kind of business you want to have or how big your business is going to be, with these things you will be a successful entrepreneur. In life, when opportunities come along you must try to grab them. Life is so beautiful, be a dynamic person and always make your vision big. Don’tspend your whole life working for others, be an entrepreneur.

I have not seen any, I do not know any, although I visit many generic direct selling events.
At Business For Home we have no records for young Avon products top achievers, never noticed any significant success.
Lately Avon Products started to feature some younger ladies on their website. However that is preaching for your own troops 🙂 Avon is just not sexy because of a lack of recognition. They just do not share success with the outside world effective.
There is success without Avon but as long the company is not promoting that big time, revenue will decline because a younger generation will not sign up.

Valerio Di Chirico had a strong desire to get something bigger and better out of life.
At the age of twenty-three, he realized he was following a way of life not chosen by himself. He was influenced by what society claimed was right, and he was ready for something different.

Talk briefly about your career background and how you came across ibüümerang
My background is “traditional business;” I was a traditional business owner for many years.
I was introduced to ibüümerang through my mentor Darrin Gibson in December 2020 and I joined ibüümerang on May 4th.
What were your strategies when building your team and aiming to become a Super Star Achiever?
I started by building a strong foundation with my team, making sure to keep my team informed and excited about becoming star achievers themselves.
I wanted my team to take advantage of the system that was created for them – building their legacy without having to change their daily routine.
In what ways did the Super Star Achiever program positively affect your business mindset and how did you go about creating growth for your team?
I got excited when hearing about this business opportunity and I wanted to help my team earn extra income without having to change their schedules.
A lot of people come into this business with a part-time schedule and I still wanted them to benefit from the system available to them.
As we go into 2022, what are some of the directions you want to see your business go in and what are some of your personal goals for the new year?

Today, Feb. 15, 2022, marks my 30th anniversary within this beautiful industry. Let me share a lil’ recap:
It was Saturday, Feb. 15, 1992, at a regional event in Karlsruhe, Germany, when I signed up with NSA, today’s Juice PLUS+ Company.
Inspired by the sole appearance of Jeff Roberti, today one of the most successful Network Marketers in history, and ever since a great friend, I was motivated to get started and instantly blunt enough wanting to change the entire world.
I was only 26 years old back then (what might explain the bluntness), working at university on my Ph.D. in Science. I was hungry like a wolf and determined to make things happen.
My sponsor was a wonderful older gentleman (R.I.P., Don Kinder) from the US who was willing to sign me up. Within the following 1.5 years, the foundation of a decade-long career was laid.
In 1993, following my Upline, I started with Quorum International as one of their first distributors in Germany. This company took the industry by storm and broke all records, achieving $250 Million. turnover in their 3rd year. Many of today’s renowned global superstars were part of this remarkable story.
But, unfortunately, it did not last: due to internal conflicts, the company went out of business already in 1996, at first in the US and quite sometime later in 1998 in the EU.
This was a super-tough experience as we had built a successful team of 55,000 distributors, not expecting this dramatic turn. Today, however, I’m grateful for the experience as I can feel with many who have experienced a similar situation. It is more common than you think.
After that, I took a (much needed) first break as an active networker for approx. 5ish years and worked with 12(!) different company’s in the NM space as a consultant, mostly on internet-related subjects, before 2001, I got back in the field and joined my very first nutrition company Unicity International.
It was a wonderful 12+ years with the upbringing of a global organisation of over 100,000 team members and $100 Million of accumulated turnover. First and foremost, the most significant achievement there was meeting – and later marrying – my wonderful wife, Audrey.
In 2013, I received a call from my long-year business friend Dan Holzmann, who offered me a position in the Executive Management of The Juice Plus Company. The four following years were a super-great and super-valuable experience “on the other side“, and the cooperation became an unparalleled and remarkable success story with almost $500 Million in accumulated new sales in EU alone, due to incredibly wonderful and powerful teams that were breaking all records.
Working alongside my today’s partner Sven Hennige, in 2017, together with our wives, we decided to pursue a long-year dream and start our own company from beautiful Switzerland called Enhanzz. We have created everything from scratch and grew year after year from within the DACH region – with a clear global strategy in mind.
Was it always easy? NOPE!
Were there times of turbulence? YES!
Did we face adversity? YES!
Was it well worth it? 3xYES!
Network Marketing has its own rules. And in the 80’s and ’90s, there weren’t even rules or regulations. The industry grew organically from the wild-west into something more transparent and regulated. Yet it has a long way to go. We’ve just been through very tough years globally due to the pandemic, but Network Marketing had given lots of people new hope and a new perspective at times when the night was the darkest.
That’s what I love about this business. It’s anti-cyclic. It can create magic for those who do it right.But don’t ever get fooled.
Just like in many other professions, you have to deal with a lot of crap at times, but when you are willing to bite the bullet, freedom, independence and friends all over the world are wonderful rewards.
A huge thank you goes to my mentors and trustful partners, all leaders who I felt privileged to have been working with across all companies, the well-chosen, integer public organs with who we trustfully and transparently worked over the decades. I’d love to mention you all personally by name, but I won’t, so I do not forget anyone. If you know, you know.
I am eternally grateful for being featured in 3 different books, countless newspapers, online articles in many other languages on all continents, and many TV, radio, and online interviews. Speaking on stages all around the world, from 5 people to 50.000 people in attendance, has always meant a lot to me, and I will keep supporting the industry with the best values and intentions. Melissa, can you talk briefly about your career background and how you came across ibüümerang?
I have been part of network marketing for a little over 2 years, and I was pretty successful at the previous company I worked for. However, I found myself seeking leadership, a positive environment, and somewhere I could grow.
I was introduced to ibüümerang after I joined a Facebook group that focused on the “money mindset.” One of the group tasks was for members to post and share a little about themselves and goals for the future.
After I made my own post, someone from London reached out to me and we connected via Zoom.
He invited me to an ibüümerang team call and I just knew instantly that this company was exactly what I had been praying for. From that point forward, I was all in.
What were your strategies when building your team and aiming to become a Super Star Achiever?
The strategy that I used while building is social media. To captivate my audience, I use Facebook live and my Instagram stories.
I simply share my excitement and vision, and the personal stories that got me here. I did not expect to become a top enroller; I saw my name on the list after only two days with ibüümerang.
As we go into 2022, what are some of the directions you want to see your business go in and what are some of your personal goals for the new year?
As we go into 2022, I see my business expanding globally. I see as many men and women as possible becoming a part of this amazing opportunity and helping them break generational curses and build generation wealth.
I see my team creating and building legacies for their future. Some of my personal goals for the new year is to relocate to Texas with my family.
One of my deepest desires is to open a non-profit “baseball facility” for our youth, where they would be able to receive resources for physical, spiritual, and mental growth.

In South Africa and Africa generally, online business is not as prevalent as in developed economies worldwide. People believe in live presentations. Sometimes I would drive up to 8 hours for a single presentation, day or night.
My car would get damaged along the way to such an extent that the insurance company criticised me, saying I’m a serial claimant, but I kept going.
Having put in the long hours and the road miles, Trixie saw the fruits of her labour. In her former company, she hit three ranks within a month, becoming the second-highest ranking member of that company in South Africa.
